Approximate Substitution,Price and Unstable Matching of Deposit Insurance

存款保险在维护银行安全与保障储户权益中发挥着重要作用。近年来,银行危机在全球范围内频发,搭建存款保险体系越来越成为各国政府的广泛共识。为改善当前存款保险研究领域对关键特征与基础架构分析不够深入的问题,文章建立基于数理推演的存款保险市场模型,参考2015-2020年样本银行相关数据,并结合赔付标准构建存款保险赔付定价模型进行实证测度。研究结果表明:中国存款保险基金可选择的参保组合具有近似互替、定价约束、非稳定匹配三大典型特征,赔付标准下的样本银行组合可产生一致性结果,近五年基金储备可以满足绝大部分赔付标准。总之,我国存款保险的基础架构日渐完善,但在参保制度、保费定价等应用架构上仍有改进空间。

Deposit insurance plays an important role in maintaining bank safety and protecting the rights and interests of depositors.In recent years,banking crises have occurred frequently all over the world,building a deposit insurance system has increasingly become a broad consensus among governments around the world.In order to improve the lack of in-depth analysis of key features and infrastructure in the current deposit insurance research field,the authors try to establish a deposit insurance market model based on mathematical deduction.Refering to the relevant data of the sample banks from 2015 to 2020,and combining with the compensation standard,the authors construct a deposit insurance compensation pricing model for empirical measurement.The results show that the insurance portfolio that the China Deposit Insurance Fund can choose has three typical characteristics of approximate substitution,pricing constraints and unstable matching.Sample bank combinations in the compensation criteria can produce consistent results.In the past five years,fund reserves can meet most of the compensation standards.In general,the basic structure of the Deposit Insurance System in China has been gradually improved,but there is still room for improvement in the application framework such as the insurance participation system and premium pricing.
