水泥稳定基层材料抗冻性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究黏度时变(SJP)水泥稳定基层材料的抗冻特性,采用正交试验法对SJP水泥稳定基层材料进行配合比设计,分析水泥剂量、集料级配、含水量等因素对材料强度的影响规律,采用无侧限抗压强度和冻融循环试验对最优配比下的强度损失量、质量变化进行研究。结果表明:水泥剂量和级配对SJP水泥稳定基层抗压强度影响最为明显;SJP水稳材料与传统水稳材料相比具有前期强度增长较快、后期强度高的特点,且不同冻融循环次数下SJP水稳材料的质量损失率和强度衰减速率均低于传统水稳材料,投入使用后可有效提高路面基层耐久性能。研究结果可为高寒地区水泥稳定基层施工关键技术提供参考。 In order to study the anti-freezing characteristics of viscosity time-varying(SJP)cement stabilized sub-grade materials,the orthogonal test method was used to design the ratio of SJP cement stabilized sub-grade materials,analyze the influence of cement dosage,aggregate grading,moisture content and other factors on strength,and study the strength loss and quality change under the optimal ratio by using the unconfined compressive strength and freeze-thaw cycle test.The results show that:cement dose and grade have the most obvious effect on the compressive strength of SJP cement stabilized sub-grade;SJP water stabilized material has the characteristics of faster strength growth in the early stage and higher strength in the later stage compared with traditional water stabilized material,and the mass loss rate and strength decay rate under different number of freeze-thaw cycles are lower than those of traditional water stabilized material,which can effectively improve the durability of pavement sub-grade.The research results can provide technical reference for the key technology of cement stabilized sub-grade construction in alpine areas.
