摘要
采用TAP(电气石负离子粉)湿法改性技术制备TAP改性沥青,采用变I法设计GAC-16强嵌挤骨架密实型沥青混合料,并通过车辙试验、半圆劈裂试验(SCB)、冻融劈裂试验、疲劳试验对TAP改性沥青混合料、基质沥青的高低温及疲劳性能进行评价。试验结果表明:添加TAP改性剂的多级嵌挤骨架密实沥青混合料的高温抗车辙能力得到了提高,与传统密级配沥青混合料相比,其动稳定度提高33%;TAP改性剂的添加对沥青混合料的低温抗裂性及疲劳性能有一定的提升作用,对沥青混合料的水稳性没有明显的影响。由此可知,TAP湿法改性沥青混合料具有良好的路用性能,可应用于工程。
Prepare TAP modified asphalt by TAP(Tourmaline anion powder)wet modified technology.The GAC-16 strong intrusion skeleton dense asphalt mixture was designed by the variable I method,and then the rutting test,semi-circular splitting test,freeze-thaw splitting test and the fatigue test were conducted to evaluate its road performance which correspond to high and low temperature and fatigue properties of TAP modified and base asphalt mixture.The test results showed that the anti-rutting ability of the multi-stage embedded matrix compact asphalt mixture with TAP modifier was improved at high-temperature domain,specific for the dynamic stability was improved by 33%of the traditional dense grade asphalt mixture;the addition of TAP modifier had a certain effect on the low temperature crack resistance and fatigue performance of the asphalt mixture;TAP modifier had no obvious influence on the water stability of the asphalt mixture.All results indicated that the TAP wet modified asphalt mixture has good road performance and can be applied to engineering.
