基于PC-Crash的公路护栏标准段安全性评价研究

Study on Safety Evaluation of Standard Sections of Highway Barriers Based on PC-Crash

部分公路现有护栏标准段防护功能不符合安全性能标准,存在车辆倾覆、翻越甚至穿越护栏等安全隐患。基于PC-Crash软件建立小型客车、大中型客车、大中型货车与混凝土护栏标准段和波形梁护栏标准段的碰撞模型,开展不同车型、不同车辆总质量以及不同碰撞速度的碰撞仿真试验。主要针对护栏标准段的阻挡功能、导向功能以及缓冲功能进行防撞性、导向性和乘员安全性研究,分析公路护栏标准段的安全性能,结论可为现有公路护栏安全性评价、事故处理和护栏优化设计提供支持。

The protection function of some existing standard sections of highway barriers do not meet the safety performance standards,and there are hidden dangers such as vehicle capsizing,overturning and crossing barriers and so on.Based on PCCrash software,the collision models of small passenger cars,large and medium-sized passenger cars,large and medium-sized trucks and standard sections of concrete barriers and W-beam barriers were designed,and the collision simulation tests of different vehicle types,different vehicle mass and different collision speed were carried out.From the aspects of barrier function,guidance function and buffer function of standard sections of highway barriers,the anti-collision,orientation and vehicle occupant safety were studied,and the safety performance of standard sections of highway barriers was analyzed,the results can provide support for the existing highway barriers safety evaluation,accidents handling and optimization design of highway barriers.
