摘要 目的探讨达雷妥尤单抗治疗异基因造血干细胞移植(allo-HSCT)后复发CD38阳性急性白血病患者的效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析2018年2月和9月南方医科大学南方医院收治的2例行allo-HSCT后复发CD38阳性急性白血病患者的临床资料,并进行文献复习。结果2例行allo-HSCT后复发CD38阳性急性白血病患者,经多线治疗后均未达完全缓解,予达雷妥尤单抗单药或联合化疗治疗后均获得持续微小残留病阴性,且在治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论达雷妥尤单抗单药或联合化疗为allo-HSCT后复发的急性白血病患者提供了一种新的治疗手段,其安全有效,值得临床进一步探讨。
