调理三焦法穴位埋线对单纯性肥胖患者内分泌激素影响研究

Impact of Acupoint Catgut Embedding with Regulating Triple Energizer Therapy on Endocrine Hormones in Patients with Simple Obesity

目的:观察调理三焦法穴位埋线对单纯性肥胖患者内分泌激素的影响。方法:60例肥胖患者随机分为埋线组、西药组各30例,埋线组予调理三焦法穴位埋线治疗,而西照组则以口服二甲双胍作为治疗方案,经治3个月后,检测治疗后各组患者的各项肥胖评定指标如体质量、体质指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)、腰臀比(WHR)及内分泌激素如瘦素(Leptin)、胰岛素(INS)的变化情况。结果:两组患者的体质量、BMI、WC和WHR均较治疗前减小,Leptin、INS水平均较治疗前下降(均P<0.05或P<0.01),两组间治疗后的诸项指标比较,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:调理三焦法穴位埋线和西药(二甲双胍)均能有效治疗肥胖,但埋线疗法的减肥效力更佳,推测可能与该法调节三焦气化和疏通三焦、标本同治、整体调整形成肥胖的病理机制相关,通过瘦素及胰岛素水平的良性调节,使肥胖机体的糖脂代谢得到改善,进而实现了减肥目的。

Objective: To observe the influence of acupoint catgut embedding with regulating triple energizer therapy on endocrine hormones of patients with the simple obesity. Methods: 60 cases of obese patients were randomly divided into the catgut embedding group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. Catgut embedding group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding with regulating triple energizer therapy, whereas the control group was treated with Metformin. After 3 months of the treatment, the changes of obesity indexes, such as body weight, body mass index(BMI), waist circumference(WC) and waist hip ratio(WHR), as well as the changes of endocrine hormones of leptin and insulin were detected in the two groups. Results: Body weight, BMI, WC, WHR and levels of leptin and INS were decreased after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);in which there were statistical differences between the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: Both acupoint catgut embedding with regulating triple energizer therapy and western medication(Metformin) can effectively treat obesity, but catgut embedding therapy has better effect on weight loss. It is speculated that it may be related to regulating Qi transformation of triple energizer and dredging triple energizer, treating both symptoms and root causes, and overall adjusting the pathological mechanism of obesity. Through the benign regulation of leptin and insulin, the glucose and lipid metabolism of obese body is improved, so that the weight loss goal can be achieved.
