Rural Revitalization under the New Pattern of “Double Circulation”:Opportunities, Challenges and Realization Paths

“双循环”新格局的构建,为实现乡村振兴提供了从生产要素、消费市场、乡村产业化到城乡融合4个方面的机遇。但当前乡村还面临着生产要素流通不畅、资源承载能力不足,产业发展水平低,治理能力不足等问题,使其难以抓住机遇,推动振兴。借力“双循环”新格局实现乡村振兴,需完善生产要素市场建设,提升乡村资源承载能力;通过产业化以及供给侧结构性改革,实现产业兴旺;加强乡村治理现代化建设,实现乡村善治。

The establishment of the new pattern of“double circulation”provides opportunities forrural revitalization from four aspects:production factors,consumer market,rural industrialization and urban-rural integration.However,rural areas are faced with such problems as unstable external environment,poor circulation of production factors,limited industrial development and imbalance of product supply and demand.Relying on the new pattern of“Double Circulation”to realize rural revitalization,we need to improve the construction of production factor market and enhance the carrying capacity of rural resources,realize industrial prosperity through industrialization and supply side reform,and strengthen the modernization of rural governance to achieve good rural governance.
