高校优良学风培育的方法和路径——以厦门理工学院为例

On How to Cultivate Excellent Style in Universities:a Case Study of Xiamen University of Technology

高校优良学风的培育对于大学生的全面发展、和谐校园的构建、人才培养目标的实现起着至关重要的作用。通过对厦门理工学院大学生学风的实地考察,分析了大学生学风的现状和影响学风建设和培育的主要因素,并结合高校实际,从思想引领、制度建设、文化建设、榜样示范等方面提出了如何培育高校优良学风的建议。

Creating excellent style of study in universities is very important for the comprehensive development of university students,the construction of harmonious universities,and the achievement of personnel training objective.Based on field investigation in Xiamen University of Technology,this paper analyses the current situation and existing problems of the college students'style of study.Based on the conditions of the university,from the perspectives of ideological guidance,system construction,cultural construction,and role model demonstration,in terms of specific work methods,carriers and content,the author puts forward suggestions for cultivating the excellent style of study in universities.
