高校辅导员与专业课教师作为高等教育的主体力量,在培养大学生树立远大的目标、促进身心健康发展与提高自我认识等方面发挥着重要的作用。高校辅导员与专业课教师协同育人是提升高等教育质量的必然选择,如何促进高校辅导员与专业课教师协同育人是高校当前亟待解决的现实问题。文章通过分析高校辅导员与专业课教师协同育人的现实意义,进一步剖析高校辅导员与专业课教师协同育人存在的问题,构建高校辅导员与专业课教师协同育人的机制。

As the main force of college education,college counselors and professional course teachers play an important role in cultivating college students to set lofty goals,promote physical and mental health,and improve self-awareness.The collaborative education of college counselors and professional course teachers is an inevitable choice to improve the quality of college education.How to promote the collaborative education of college counselors and professional course teachers is a realistic problem that colleges and universities currently need to solve urgently.Therefore,by analyzing the practical significance of collaborative education between college counselors and professional course teachers,the authors further analyze the problems of collaborative education between college counselors and professional course teachers,based on the analysis,the authors propose to construct a mechanism for collaborative education between college counselors and professional course teachers.
