食管癌组织LOC100130476基因的表达与预后的相关性分析

摘要 选取2014年10月—2016年12月食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)手术患者70例,采用逆转录-聚合酶链式反应法(Reverse Transcriptase Polymerase Chain Reaction,RT-PCR)检测长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)LOC100130476在癌组织及对应癌旁组织标本中的相对表达量并进行比较,探讨LncRNA LOC100130476在食管癌(EC)组织中的表达及其与患者预后的相关性。
