摘要
气体绝缘母线是一种传输容量大、可靠性高的输电设备,螺旋弹簧触头是母线模块重要组成部件。根据电压等级及绝缘水平,设计一款新型弹簧触头,改进导电杆和螺旋弹簧结构,且校核螺旋弹簧通流能力,利用有限元软件对触头结构进行优化。通过计算触头接触压力,校核热稳定性,确保了新型弹簧触头设计的合理性。
The gas-insulated busbar is a power transmission device with a large transmission capacity and high reliability.The coil spring contact is a vital component of the busbar module.This research designed a new type of spring contact based on the voltage level and insulation level.It improved the structure of the conductive rod and the coil spring,checked the current capacity of the coil spring,and used finite element software to optimize the contact structure.This paper ensures the rationality of the new type of spring contact design by calculating the contact pressure of the contacts and checking the thermal stability.
