在老年医学教学中融入课程思政的探索 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国人口老龄化问题的日益严重,培养合格的老年医学人才是老年医学教师的重要使命。课程思政作为一种新的教学理念,是落实立德树人的重要举措,它要求各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行,协同作用,其核心在于各专业课程与思政元素的有机融合。文章通过分析老年医学人才培养的现状和不足,结合西安交通大学第二附属医院老年医学科在八年制教学过程中的经验和实践,探讨如何在老年医学教学过程中发挥教师的教育和教学双重功能。将专业知识和思政教育有机融合,将社会主义核心价值观及医学职业精神融入老年医学教学,使学生在掌握老年医学专业知识的同时实现人生观和价值观的塑造,培养德才兼备的老年医学人才。 With the rapid aging problem of China,it is an important mission for geriatric teachers to train enough qualified geriatric talents.Curriculum ideological and political concept refers to a new education concept which plays an important role on moral education.It requires all kinds of courses and ideological and political theory courses to work in the same direction and form a synergistic effect,and its core lies in the organic integration of various professional courses and ideological and political elements.By analyzing the current situation and shortcomings of geriatric personnel training,combined with the experience and practice of the geriatric department of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University in the eight-year teaching process,this paper discusses how to give full play to the dual functions of teachers'education and teaching in the geriatric teaching process.Organically integrate professional knowledge with ideological and political education,and integrate socialist core values and medical professionalism into geriatrics teaching,so that students can master geriatrics professional knowledge while shaping their outlook on life and values,and cultivate geriatrics talents with both political integrity and ability.
