摘要
随着生物信息学技术的发展,使得从生物信息大数据入手分析筛选差异性基因,寻找疾病病因、发病机制及治疗靶点成为了可能。建立具有生物信息学特色的骨科学研究生教育培养体系,能够培养研究生形成跨学科、多角度考虑问题的思维方式,弥补了传统医学教育模式下专业知识陈旧和教学方式单一的不足。新的教学模式对新时代医学研究生和教师都提出了新要求,充满了未知与挑战。文章旨在探索在医学生物信息大数据背景下,构建提高骨科学研究生临床诊疗能力的教学新模式,培养能够从多层面、多角度的思维方式中发现、分析和解决临床科学问题的研究生,提高其专业诊疗水平,成为符合现代化医学教育的创新型人才。
With the development of bioinformatics technology,it is possible to analyze and screen differential genes from bioinformatics big data and find disease etiology,pathogenesis and treatment targets.The establishment of an education and training system for bone science postgraduates with bioinformatics characteristics can cultivate postgraduates to form an interdisciplinary and multi angle thinking mode and make up for the shortcomings of outdated professional knowledge and single teaching mode under the traditional medical education mode.The new teaching mode puts forward new requirements for medical postgraduates and teachers in the new era,which is full of unknowns and challenges.This paper aims to explore a new teaching mode to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment ability of orthopedic postgraduate students under the background of big data in medical bioinformatics,cultivate postgraduates who can find,analyze and solve clinical scientific problems from a multi-level and multi-angle way of thinking,improve their professional diagnosis and treatment level,and become innovative talents in line with modern medical education.
