分析河南省部分医院、家政公司、月子护理机构及“母婴护理师(月嫂)”存在的问题。创建“1+1+X”高职护理“母婴护理”方向人才培养模式,即以社会需求为导向,突出专业岗位能力培养,将母婴护理、幼儿照护等职业技能等级证书内容,有机融合专业人才培养方案,形成“1”和“X”互相融合又突出专业特色的人才培养模式。在人才培养过程中通过实施“1+1+X”人才培养模式,提升了高职护理人才培养质量,成效显著,具有一定的借鉴指导意义。

To analyze the existing problems in some hospitals,housekeeping companies,maternity and infant nursing institutions and"maternal and infant nurse(monthly nurse)"in He’nan province.Create a"1+1+X"talent training mode in the direction of"mother and infant nursing"in higher vocational nursing,that is,to focus on the cultivation of professional post ability,and organically integrate the contents of professional skill level certificates such as mother and infant nursing and child care,so as to form a talent training mode in which"1"and"X"are integrated with each other and highlight professional characteristics.In the process of talent training,through the implementation of"1+1+X"talent training mode,the quality of nursing talent training in higher vocational colleges has been improved with remarkable results,which has certain reference and guiding significance.
