摘要
目的探讨PBL联合思维导图教学法在麻醉学本科生理论课教学中的应用效果。方法选取昆明医科大学2017级麻醉专业本科生共60名,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各30名,以《临床麻醉学》中胸科手术的麻醉为例,试验组学生使用PBL联合思维导图进行教学,对照组采取单纯PBL进行教学。通过考试成绩(包括理论考试和病案分析)以及问卷调查对教学效果进行评估。结果和对照组相比,试验组的考试成绩明显提高,教学满意度显著提升,同时对综合能力(查阅文献能力、自主学习能力、思考问题能力、表达交流能力、解决问题能力以及团队协作能力)的自我评价也显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论采用PBL联合思维导图教学模式可以有效地提高临床麻醉学的教学质量,提高学生分析解决问题的综合能力,提升学生的教学满意度。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with mind mapping in teaching of clinical anaesthesiology.Methods 60 students with anesthesesthestics majors from Grade 2017 in Kunming Medical University were selected,who were taught the chapter of anesthesia for thoracic surgery.They were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method,with 30 students in each group.The reference group adopted the PBL teaching mode,and the PBL combined with mind mapping teaching method was adopted in the observation group.Test scores and questionnaire were adopted to assess teaching effect.Results Compared with the reference group,test scores of theory examination and case analysis of the observation group were higher,the teaching satisfaction were better,autonomous learning ability,independent thinking ability,communication ability,analytical and solving ability and the team spirit in the observation group were better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion PBL combined with mind mapping teaching model may improve the quality of clinical anesthesiology teaching,students'comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction.
