摘要
目的探讨情景模拟联合CBL教学法在儿科住培医师急救技能培训中的应用效果。方法研究对象为桂林医学院附属医院儿科基地住培医师,共34名,随机均分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用情景模拟联合CBL教学法。课程结束后采用问卷调查及考试测评的方法评估两种不同教学方法的教学效果。结果观察组学员在理论知识和实践技能两方面的成绩都明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示情景模拟教学法联合CBL教学法能提高学生的临床思维能力、自学能力、团队协作能力,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟教学联合CBL教学法能提高儿科住培医师急救技能的临床教学效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of situational simulation teaching method combined with CBL teaching method in first aid skill training of pediatric resident.Methods The subjects were 34 resident physicians in the pediatric base of The Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The traditional teaching method was used in the control group,and the situational simulation teaching method combined with CBL teaching method was used in the observation group.After the course,the teaching effects of the two different teaching methods were evaluated by questionnaire and examination evaluation.Results The scores of the students in the observation group in both theoretical knowledge and practical skills were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire showed that the situation simulation teaching method combined with CBL teaching method could improve students'clinical thinking ability,self-study ability and team cooperation ability,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion Situational simulation teaching method combined with CBL teaching method can improve the clinical teaching effect of pediatric resident first-aid skills.
