PBL联合CBL教学法在泌尿外科前列腺疾病教学中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探究PBL联合CBL教学法在泌尿外科前列腺疾病实习教学中的效果。方法随机抽样选取90名于2019年10月—2020年12月在海军军医大学长征医院实习的五年制临床医学本科生作为研究对象,将他们随机分为传统方法组、PBL组、PBL联合CBL组,各组均为30名学生。实习结束后,进行出科考试(出科理论考试和病例分析)和问卷调查,评价各组的教学效果。结果PBL联合CBL组出科成绩略优于PBL组,明显优于传统方法组,尤其是PBL联合CBL组在病例分析考试中表现突出。PBL联合CBL组学员问卷满意度优于PBL组和传统方法组。PBL联合CBL组在教学满意度、学习兴趣、团队合作力、临床思维培养等方面更有优势。结论PBL联合CBL教学法在泌尿外科前列腺疾病教学中实践效果良好,值得进一步验证和应用。 Objective To explore the effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in the practice teaching of prostate diseases in urology department.Methods 90 fiveyear clinical medical undergraduates who practiced in the Long March Hospital of Naval Military Medical University from October 2019 to December 2020 were randomly selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the traditional method group,the PBL group,and the PBL combined CBL group,with 30 students in each group.After the internship,a subject examination(examination of subject theory and case analysis)and a questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the teaching effect of each group.Results The graduation performance of PBL combined with CBL group was slightly better than that of PBL group and significantly better than that of traditional method group.Especially,the combined teaching group performed well in case analysis examination.The questionnaire satisfaction of students in PBL combined with CBL group was better than that in PBL group and traditional method group.The PBL combined with CBL group had more advantages in teaching satisfaction,learning interest,teamwork and clinical thinking training.Conclusion PBL combined with CBL teaching method has a good practical effect in the teaching of prostate diseases in urology,and it is worthy of further verification and application.
