Application of Situation Simulation Teaching in Standardized Training for Residents in Encephalopathy Department

摘要 目的探究并分析情景模拟教学在神经内科住培中的应用价值。方法研究随机抽样选取2020年5月—2021年5月重庆市中医院神经内科住培生131名为研究对象。使用情景模拟教学法对神经内科规范化培训住院医师进行临床思维能力、技能操作能力、医患沟通能力和临床急救能力进行培训,并对培训前后的能力水平进行问卷调查以及考核,通过对比分析两次问卷和成绩,确定培训有效性。结果培训后神经内科住培生的临床思维能力、技能操作能力、医患沟通能力和临床急救能力均有提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经内科情景模拟教学法的实施,使神经内科住培生在临床思维、专科技能操作、心肺骤停急救和医患沟通四个方面的能力得到培养,提高临床综合能力,具有较高的应用价值。 Objective To explore and analyze the application value of scenario simulation teaching in standardized training of residents in neurology department.Methods In the study,131 standardized residents in the department of neurology of Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to May 2021 were randomly selected as the research object.The standardized training of residents in neurology department was carried out by using the situation simulation teaching method to train their clinical thinking ability,skill operation ability,doctor-patient communication ability and clinical first aid ability,and the ability level of pre-and post-training questionnaire and assessment,through the comparative analysis of the two questionnaires and test scores,to determine the effectiveness of situational simulation teaching method training.Results After training,the clinical thinking ability,skill operation ability,doctorpatient communication ability and clinical first aid ability of neurology discipline trainees had been significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of scenario simulation teaching method in neurology department can cultivate the abilities of neurology department students in four aspects:clinical thinking,specialized skills operation,first aid of cardiopulmonary arrest and doctor-patient communication,and improve their comprehensive clinical ability,which has high application value.
