翻转课堂在外科基本技能操作课程中的实践 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨基于“互联网+”的翻转课堂在外科基本技能操作课程中的实践和应用。方法将2020年7月—2021年1月60名临床医学专业学生作为研究对象,随机抽取对照组和观察组各30名学生。两组临床医学专业学生在入学后为期3个月的外科操作技能授课中,对照组采用传统讲授式教学模式,观察组采用翻转课堂模式进行外科基本技能操作授课。对两组临床医学专业学生的外科操作考核成绩、授课满意度进行调查并比较。结果观察组的操作成绩为(94.83±4.12)分,高于对照组的(87.18±3.84)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对授课满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于“互联网+”的翻转课堂在外科基本技能操作课程模式可用于临床医学专业学生外科操作技能培训,值得在临床教学中推广。 Objective To explore the practice and application of the"Internet+"based flipped classroom in the basic surgical skills operation course.Methods 60 students majoring in clinical medicine from July 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research object,and 30 students in the control group and the observation group were randomly selected.The two groups of clinical medical students were taught with surgical operation skills for 3 months after admission.The control group was taught with the traditional teaching mode,and the observation group was taught with the flipped classroom mode of surgical basic skills.The surgical operation examination results and teaching satisfaction of two groups of clinical medical students were investigated and compared.Results The operation score of the observation group was(94.83±4.12)points,higher than(87.18±3.84)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's satisfaction with teaching was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"Internet+"based flipped classroom operation course model in basic surgical skills can be used for surgical operation skills training for clinical medicine students,and it is worthy of promotion in clinical teaching.
