临床质谱继续教育的实践与总结

摘要 近年来临床质谱技术在检验医学工作中占据越来越重要的地位,广泛应用于血药浓度监控、新生儿遗传代谢病筛查、类固醇检测等项目中。但由于我国至今仍缺乏适用于相关从业人员的临床质谱教育体系,导致专业人才的严重短缺。因此,如何提升关于临床质谱技术的继续教育水平,从而高效完成人才梯队的培养,已成为当前亟待解决的问题。文章通过总结武汉大学人民医院近十年的临床质谱继续教育经验,从色谱/质谱原理、仪器操作和维护、质谱项目质量控制等方面进行剖析,为相关教学活动归纳了授课提纲、明确了知识重点、推荐了学习资料。并通过回顾性分析既往59名参与继续教育学员(包括检验技师、临床药师和临床医师)的学习满意度和考核通过率,系统评估了教学活动的科学性和有效性。结果发现,在整体满意度和考核通过率均超过80%的背景下,武汉大学人民医院检验医学中心继续教育方案对全学历层次的青年检验技师和临床药师学员表现出优异的授课效果;而对40岁以上学员和临床医师学员的授课效果仍需进一步提升。希望通过研究促进我国临床质谱教学研究的开展,达到辅助提升教学质量、实现高效培养相关专业人才的目的。 In recent years,mass spectrometry(MS)platform plays an increasingly important role in laboratory medicine.However,due to the lack of clinical MS education system,there is a serious shortage of relevant talents.Therefore,how to improve the teaching quality to achieve efficient training of clinical MS handlers has become a very urgent issue.By summarizing the teaching experience for nearly ten years,Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University present the teaching outlines,key points and learning reference materials for three MS education aspects,including the principle of liquid chromatography and MS,instrument operation/maintenance and quality control.According to the retrospective analysis of the learning satisfaction and examination passing rate of 59 students who participated in the continuing education(including laboratory technicians,clinical pharmacists and clinicians),the scientific nature and effectiveness of the teaching activities were systematically evaluated.The results showed that,under the background of overall satisfaction and examination pass rate was more than 80%,Clinical Laboratory of Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University continuing education program showed excellent teaching effect for young laboratory technicians and clinical pharmacists with full educational level.However,the teaching effect for students over 40 years old and clinicians still needs to be further improved.Through the paper,we expect to promote better teaching quality of clinical mass spectrometry in our country.
