摘要
随着网络信息的普及,传统的线下教育已经无法满足高校的教学需求。线上与线下混合教学模式能够利用网络信息丰富教学内容,提高学习效率与教学质量,已成为我国高校改革的主流趋势。如何融合线上及线下教学方式,提高教学质量,这是全国高校教育教学所面临的巨大挑战与机遇。实施线上与线下混合教学的早期存在高校管理与保障不足、教师缺乏经验、教学条件受限、学生参与度低下、监管困难等现实问题。文章将以广州医科大学的预防医学系的线上与线下混合教学模式实施阶段的客观实际,从高校、教师及学生三方参与者的角度出发,就高校有关线上与线下混合教学模式的部署与对策作经验总结,并提出应对线上与线下混合教学模式的挑战与提升教学效率的对策。希望此研究成果可以为全国高校线上与线下混合教学工作提供指导和借鉴参考。
With the popularization of network information,traditional offline education has been unable to meet the teaching needs of universities.The mixed teaching model combine online and offline education can obviously enrich teaching content and improve learning and teaching quality by using network information,and it has become the mainstream trend of college reform in China.It is a great challenge and opportunity integrate online and offline teaching methods,and then improve the quality of teaching for education and teaching of colleges and universities in China.There are several problems such as insufficient of universities,limited teaching conditions,and difficulties in supervision in the implementation of online education.Combined with the objective reality of mixed teaching model of preventive medicine in Guangzhou Medical University,this article analyzes and proposes the challenges and countermeasures to improve the efficiency of mixed teaching model in colleges combines from the perspective of three parties:universities,teachers and students,and analyzes the challenges and countermeasures to improve the efficiency of online teaching.The findings in the present study will provide useful guidance for universities to carry out mixed teaching model.
