《药理学进展》课程思政在研究生教学中的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice for Ideological and Political Education of Advances in Pharmacology Course

研究生教育是医学高层次人才培养和创新创造的重要组成部分。加快医学研究生课程思政建设将为落实立德树人根本任务,提高医学研究生教育培养质量,推进健康中国建设提供强有力的保障。《药理学进展》课程是面向医学研究生的专业选修课程,旨在为广大医学研究生介绍药理学前沿知识以及药理学实验技术,为研究生开拓科研思路以及提高实验技能,然而目前课程教学面临着思政元素不足等困境。文章以徐州医科大学研究生课程《药理学进展》为例,介绍课程根据研究生人才培养特点,从医学伦理教育、时代使命感、辩证思维、人文关怀等多角度充分挖掘德育元素,力求和专业前沿知识传授同向而行、不断创新课程思政模式,进而助力培养践行社会主义核心价值观的高级医学专门人才。

Postgraduate education is an important part of medical high-level personnel training and innovation.Accelerating the construction of ideological and political education provides a strong guarantee for improving the quality of medical graduate education and promoting the construction of healthy China.Advances in Pharmacology course aims to introduce pharmacology frontier knowledge and pharmacology experiment technology for medical postgraduates,and to develop scientific research ideas and improve experimental skills for postgraduates.However,Advances in Pharmacology course is still confronted with the deficiency of ideological and political elements.Take Advances in Pharmacology course in Xuzhou Medical University for example,according to the characteristics of graduate education,here this study fully explored the elements of moral education with the perspectives of medical ethics education,sense of mission of the times,dialectical thinking and humanistic care et al.Depend on constantly innovation of the mode of curriculum,this ideological and political education strives to go in the same direction with the teaching of professional frontier knowledge,as well as helps to cultivate senior medical professionals with the socialist core values.
