探讨青年教师教学竞赛对提高教学能力的作用 被引量:1

摘要 青年教师基本功竞赛是展示青年教师理论结合临床教学综合能力和加强思政素质的平台,旨在达到“以赛促教、教书育人、立德树人”的目的,提高和锻炼参赛教师的教学水准,并促使教师们未来探索新的教学理念和方法应用于住院医师规范化培训的教学活动授课中。以上海交通大学医学院举办青年教师基本功竞赛的经验为蓝本,分析探讨比赛制度、选题、教案设计撰写、教学方法技术、讲课技巧等各个方面并总结成文,以及专家对参赛者教案设计、教学环节、教学技能、教学仪态等方面的点评。教学比赛带动住培基地青年教师在教案书写、课件制作、授课水平等各方面基本功和教育技术的训练,培养了教师爱岗敬业、严谨治学的态度,提高了整体教学水平。青年教师基本功竞赛以扎实青年教师专业能力和教学基本功为基础入手,旨在革新教育理念和完善教学方法,从而提高整体教师队伍的教学水平。 Competition of basic teaching skills is popular among medical colleges and universities nowdays.Teaching contest is a method to show young teachers’comprehensive teaching ability and humanistic qualities by combining theory with clinical practice to achieve the goal of"promoting teaching with competition"which aims to make a comprehensive introduction of competitions of basic teaching skills and improve overall teaching level.Combining the experience in Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine in taking part in competitions of young teachers’basic teaching skills,the author analyzes and discuss the competition system as well as preparation for topic selection,designing teaching plan,improving teaching methods and techniques,training competition skills.Experts’teaching plans for participants comments on teaching design,skills,manners,etc.Teaching competition can not only increase the exchange and cooperation between departments,but also promote our new ideas and methods of future teaching work in Standardized Residency Training(SRT).
