不同品种混合材对水泥干缩性的影响研究

摘要 试验研究了水泥中掺加不同混合材粉煤灰、矿渣、锰渣、炉渣后对水泥干缩性的影响.结果表明,在同试验条件下,掺不同混合材的水泥干缩率不同,掺粉煤灰的干缩率最小,掺炉渣的干缩率最大,掺粉煤灰优于掺矿渣,掺锰渣优于掺炉渣.同时确定了对水泥干缩率影响最小的生产水泥配料方案,P·O42.5水泥干缩率控制指标应不大于0.070%. The effects of different admixtures of fly ash,granulated blastfurnace slag,manganese slag and furnace slag on the dry shrinkage of cement were studied.The results showed that under the same test conditions,the dry shrinkage rate of cement mixed with different mixtures was different,the dry shrinkage rate of cement mixed with fly ash was the smallest,the dry shrinkage rate of cement mixed with furnace slag was the largest,the dry shrinkage rate of cement mixed with fly ash was better than that mixed with granulated blastfurnace slag,and the dry shrinkage rate of cement mixed with manganese slag was better than that mixed with furnace slag.At the same time,the production cement blending scheme which has the least influence on the dry shrinkage ratio of cement was determined,and the control index of the dry shrinkage ratio of P-042.5 cement should not be more than 0.070%.
