中频脉冲治疗仪联合综合康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者康复效果的影响

Influence of Intermediate Frequency Pulse Therapy Apparatus Combined with Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing on Rehabilitation Effect of Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的:探讨中频脉冲治疗仪联合综合康复护理在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年5月-2020年5月江西省中西医结合医院收治的84例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(中频脉冲治疗仪联合综合康复护理),每组各42例。对比两组患者肢体功能、神经功能、自理能力及生活质量。结果:干预30 d后,观察组运动功能评定量表(FMA)中的上肢及下肢、Barthel指数(BI)评分为(43.56±3.24)分、(26.05±3.41)分和(68.94±7.42)分,高于对照组的(35.08±5.44)分、(19.13±3.57)分和(59.67±9.13)分,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分为(11.22±3.58)分,低于对照组的(16.79±3.46)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.680、9.084、7.250、5.106,P<0.05)。观察组脑卒中影响量表(SIS)中的手功能、力气、移动能力、交流、情绪、日常生活能力、记忆与思维、参与评分分别为(21.45±1.50)分、(17.70±0.82)分、(40.01±1.84)分、(31.10±1.76)分、(39.52±2.07)分、(43.39±2.52)分、(30.22±2.01)分、(35.57±1.64)分,高于对照组的(18.66±1.79)分、(15.66±1.35)分、(36.77±2.89)分、(28.39±1.87)分、(35.88±2.71)分、(39.05±3.10)分、(26.65±2.89)分、(32.22±2.27)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.742、7.742、8.370、6.129、6.839、6.918、7.040、6.572、7.753,P<0.05)。结论:中频脉冲治疗仪联合综合康复护理有利于改善脑卒中偏瘫患者神经功能及肢体功能,能有效提高自理能力及生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of intermediate frequency pulse therapy apparatus combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation effect of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 84 stroke patients with hemiplegia who were admitted to the hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(intermediate frequency pulse therapy instrument combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing)by the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The limb function,neurological function and self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After 30 days of intervention,the upper and lower extremities of the motor function assessment scale(FMA)and Barthel index(BI)scores in the observation group were(43.56±3.24)points,(26.05±3.41)points,and(68.94±7.42)points,which were higher than(35.08±5.44)points,(19.13±3.57)points and(59.67±9.13)points in the control group,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score of the observation group was(11.22±3.58)points,which was lower than(16.79±3.46)points of the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=8.680,9.084,7.250,5.106,P<0.05).The scores of hand function,strength,mobility,communication,emotion,daily living ability,memory and thinking,and participation in the Stroke Impact Scale(SIS)of the observation group were(21.45±1.50)and(17.70±0.82)points,(40.01±1.84)points,(31.10±1.76)points,(39.52±2.07)points,(43.39±2.52)points,(30.22±2.01)points,(35.57±1.64)points,higher than(18.66±1.79)points,(15.66±1.35)points,(36.77±2.89)points,(28.39±1.87)points,(35.88±2.71)points,(39.05±3.10)points,(26.65±2.89)points,(32.22±2.27)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.742,7.742,8.370,6.129,6.839,6.918,7.040,6.572,7.753,P<0.05).Conclusion:Intermediate frequency pulse therapy instrument combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing is beneficial to improve the neurological and limb function of stroke patients with hemiplegia,and effectively improve self-care ability and quality of life.
