多学科护理合作在住院患者低血糖风险控制中的应用

Application of Multidisciplinary Nursing Cooperation in Risk Control of Hypoglycemia in Inpatients

目的:探究多学科护理合作在住院患者低血糖风险控制中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年8月广东省惠州市中心人民医院收治的42例糖尿病住院患者作为研究对象,采用随机分组法分组,对照组(21例)采用常规护理模式,观察组(21例)采用多学科护理合作模式。两组患者低血糖发生率、对疾病知识掌握情况、糖尿病管理自我效能量表(C-DMSES)评分等情况进行护理干预前后比较。结果:观察组低血糖发生率为4.76%,低于对照组的42.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.016,P<0.05)。观察组糖尿病相关知识掌握得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.059,P<0.05)。经过不同护理模式的干预,两组患者护理后C-DMSES评分均要高于对照组,且观察组更高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.029、9.524,P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率为95.24%,高于对照组护理满意率的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.086,P<0.05)。结论:针对糖尿病住院患者在多学科护理合作下能够有效降低低血糖发生,对提高患者对疾病认识及加强自我管理有重要价值,也有利于构建和谐护患关系,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary nursing cooperation in the risk control of hypoglycemia in hospitalized patients.Methods:A total of 42 inpatients with diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from January 2019to August 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups by randomization.21 patients in the control group adopted the routine nursing mode,and 21 patients in the observation group adopted the multidisciplinary nursing cooperation mode.The incidence of hypoglycemia,the mastery of disease knowledge,and the score of diabetes management self-efficacy scale(C-DMSES)were compared between the two groups before and after nursing intervention.Results:The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was 4.76%,which was lower than 42.86%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.016,P<0.05).The score of diabetes-related knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.059,P<0.05).After the intervention of different nursing modes,the CDMSES scores of the two groups of patients after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.029,9.524,P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 66.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.086,P<0.05).Conclusion:For inpatients with diabetes,multidisciplinary nursing cooperation can effectively reduce the occurrence of hypoglycemia,which is of great value in improving patients’awareness of the disease and strengthening self-management,and is also conducive to building a harmonious nurse-patient relationship,which is worthy of promotion.
