省级电视台全媒体制播业务系统设计与实践

Design and Practice of Omni-Media Production and Broadcasting Business System of Province-level TV Stations

本文所述的全媒体制播业务系统将传统的单一本地生产模式改成云端制作为主,本地生产为辅,实现了“采、编、发、用、管、存”全面同步上云,大大解放了生产力,为频道“专心做内容、专业做传播、专门做链接”的战略目标提供了强有力的平台级技术支撑。本文对该省级电视台全媒体制播业务系统的设计及建设实施进行了较为详尽的介绍。

The omni-media production and broadcasting business system described in this paper changes traditional single local production mode to cloud production as the main, supplemented by local production. It realizes comprehensive and synchronous cloudification of “collection, editing,distribution, use, management, and storage”, which greatly liberates productivity and provides a strong platform-level technical support for strategic goal of “focusing on content, specializing in communication and specializing in links”. This paper gives a detailed introduction to design, construction and implementation of province-level TV station’s omni-media production and broadcasting business system.
