摘要
本文提出一种狭窄空间大型设备平稳吊装的方法(简称SHLL),介绍该方法的吊装装置构成、基本原理,分析吊装过程受力状态,推导钢丝绳全过程运动及受力公式,开发了SHLL分析辅助程序,最后介绍一个SHLL的应用算例。研究结果表明:1)提出的SHLL吊装方法能够保证设备在提升、平移和下降过程中保持平稳,且装置构造简单实用、受力机理明确、操作简便、安全可靠;2)推导的钢丝绳受力、位移和速度计算公式,能够准确计算吊装全过程的运动状态和受力状态;3)开发的SHLL分析辅助程序能够快速分析吊装全过程的运动和受力状态,并实现数据图像化。
The paper proposes a method of smooth hoisting for large-scale equipment in the limited space,named SHLL,to solve the shortcoming of the traditional hoisted method.The composition and basic principles of SHLL were described.The force bearing formula and analysis program were given by analyzing the deformation and force states of steel wires at the hoisted process,and proved by an application instance of SHLL.The results indicate that the composition of SHLL is brief,easy to control and safe.The SHLL ensures the equipment stable under lifting,translating,and descending.The movements and force states can be calculated exactly by the force bearing formula.The force bearing analysis program can rapidly analyze the hoisted process and force states and make data visualization.
