高职教育的高质量发展最根本的在于人才培养的高质量。而人才培养质量的提高,不能只抓专业,还要建设学科。高质量发展对高职教育的人才培养提出了高标准要求,但是体系化高标准要求需要具有知识体系功能的学科支撑。高职教育作为与普通高等教育同等重要的独立的高等教育类型,应该有自己独特的学科体系。高职教育学科建设的最佳选择是职业学科,只有职业学科包括职业门类学科及其体系构建起来了,体系化的知识才能比较便利地用于高职教育的人才培养,也才有可能培养出掌握体系化知识的高质量的技术技能型人才。高质量发展背景下,高职教育进行职业学科建设的策略主要有三点:一是充分认识职业学科建设的价值和意义,二是完善高职院校职业学科建制,三是建立健全职业学科建设的评价机制。
