党建引领市域社会再组织化的逻辑与路径分析——基于浙江省地方治理经验

Logic and Path Analysis of Party Building Leading the Reorganization of Municipal Society:Based on the Social Governance in Zhejiang Province

市域作为我国国家治理的关键环节,关系着社会秩序与活力,因而市域社会治理日益受到广泛关注。党的十九届五中全会提出要加强和创新市域社会治理,推进市域社会治理现代化,将市域社会治理现代化提升到新的战略高度。立足我国的治理场域,推进市域社会治理现代化重在构建社会治理共同体,而构建社会治理共同体的关键是解决好市域社会的再组织化问题。文章以“政党-社会”关系为视角,结合浙江省地方治理经验,揭示新时代党建引领市域社会再组织化的内在逻辑及具体实践路径,进而把握党建在社会治理中的关键作用和未来走向。

As a key link of China’s governance,the governance of municipal society concerns the social order and vitality,therefore it attracts more and more attention.The fifth plenary session of the 19th National Congress of the CPC put forward that we should strengthen and innovate governance of municipal society,so as to push forward its modernization and improve it to a new strategic height.Based on China’s governance field,the modernization of municipal society governance relies on the construction of social governance community,and the key to the construction is the reorganization of the municipal society.From the view point of Party-Society relationship and combined with the local governance experience of Zhejiang Province,this paper studies the inner logic and practical path of Party building leading the reorganization of municipal society,so as to clarify the the key role and the trend of the Party Building in the social governance.
