白菜NF-YA基因家族的鉴定及生物信息学分析 被引量:1

摘要 NF-YA基因家族在植物的生长发育以及响应非生物胁迫过程中扮演着重要的角色。本研究利用生物信息学方法在全基因组内对白菜(Brassica rapa)及其相关物种甘蓝(Brassica oleracea)和甘蓝型油菜(Brassica napus)中NF-YA基因家族成员进行了鉴定,并对所鉴定到的基因家族成员的蛋白质理化性质、系统进化、基因结构、保守功能结构域进行了分析。研究结果显示:白菜和甘蓝中都含有18个NF-YA家族基因,而甘蓝型油菜中有36个NF-YA家族基因,正好等于白菜和甘蓝NF-YA家族基因个数之和。这72个NF-YA家族成员大多数包含4个或5个外显子,为碱性不稳定的亲水性蛋白,并且都具有两个保守的NF-YA家族核心结构域。系统进化分析将拟南芥、白菜、甘蓝和甘蓝型油菜中NF-YA家族成员分为3组,每个分组中白菜和甘蓝NF-YA家族成员的个数分别相对于拟南芥约增加了2倍,甘蓝型油菜中NF-YA家族成员的个数相对于拟南芥约增加了4倍。另外还分析了白菜NF-YA家族成员间的基因复制事件,其中共有19组隔离重复,而不存在串联重复。本研究结果为进一步阐述白菜NF-YA家族基因的功能提供一定的理论依据,促进了NF-YA家族基因的功能研究与利用。 The NF-YA gene fam ily plays important roles in the plant growth and development and also in response to abiotic stress.In this study,NF-YA gene family members in Chinese cabbage and its closely related species(cabbage and canola)were identified at whole-genome level by using bioinformatics methods.As a whole,the physicochemical properties,phylogenetic tree,gene structure and conserved functional domains of identified gene family members were analyzed.The results showed that both Chinese cabbage and cabbage contain 18NF-YA family genes,while the number of NF-YA genes in canola was equal to the sum of NF-YA genes in Chinese cabbage and cabbage.These 72 NF-YA family members were all alkaline and unstable hydrophilic proteins,most of which contain 4 or 5 exons,and all had 2 conserved NF-YA family core domains.Phylogenetic analysis of NF-YA family genes from Arabidopsis thaliana,Chinese cabbage,cabbage and canola suggested that these members could be divided into 3 groups.In each group,the number of NF-YA family members in Chinese cabbage and cabbage is about twice that of A.thaliana,while the number of NF-YA family members in canola is about 4 times that of A.thaliana.In addition,we also analyzed gene duplication events among the members of the NF-YA family of the Chinese cabbage NF-YA family members,with a total of 19 groups segmental duplications,without tandem duplications.This study provided a theoretical basis for further elucidating the biological functions of the NF-YA family genes in Chinese cabbage,and also promoted the research and utilization of the functions of the NF-YA family genes.
