摘要
WRKY是植物中最大的转录因子家族之一,在植物生长发育和逆境胁迫中发挥重要作用。本研究基于酸枣的转录组数据,对WRKY转录因子家族的理化性质、基因分类、染色体定位、进化关系、保守结构和启动子区进行分析。共鉴定出63个酸枣WRKY转录因子,按染色体定位顺序命名为ZjWRKY1~ZjWRKY63,其中47个ZjWRKY基因不均匀地分布在12条染色体上;酸枣WRKY转录因子家族具有高度保守的结构域,根据WRKY结构域数量及其锌指结构特征将其分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ三大类,同一类中基序结构与CDS和内含子结构相似。此外,WRKY转录因子存在响应生物胁迫和非生物胁迫的顺式作用调控元件,55个ZjWRKY基因在高温胁迫下的表达量发生变化,表明它们参与对高温逆境的响应。本研究为后续酸枣WRKY转录因子的进一步研究提供参考依据。
WRKY is one of the largest transcription factor families in plants and plays an important role in plant growth and development and adversity stress.Based on the transcriptome data of wild jujube,this study analyzed the physical and chemical properties,gene classification,chromosome location,evolutionary relationship,conserved structure and promoter region of the WRKY transcription factor family.A total of 63 wild jujube WRKY transcription factors were identified,named ZjWRKY1~ZjWRKY63 in the order of chromosomal location.Among them,47ZjWRKY genes are unevenly distributed on 12 chromosomes;the wild jujube WRKY transcription factor family has highly conserved domains,according to the WRKY structure.The number of domains and their zinc finger structure characteristics divide them into three categories,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,andⅢ.The motif structure in the same category is similar to the structure of CDS and introns.In addition,WRKY transcription factors have cis-acting regulatory elements that respond to biotic and abiotic stresses.The expression of 55 ZjWRKY genes changes under high temperature stress,indicating that they are involved in the response to high temperature stress.This study provides a reference for the follow-up further research on the WRKY transcription factor of wild jujube.
