封闭式兔舍环境数据采集与调控系统的设计

Design of the environmental data collection and control system for enclosed rabbit houses

摘要 为解决现有规模化兔舍环境数据采集点固定和非数值参数采集困难等问题,试验设计了一种兔舍环境数据采集与调控系统(手机APP+智能车载信息采集系统),该系统能够在兔舍走道内自主巡航,采集兔笼周围有害气体浓度、光照、风速等信息,通过手机APP扫描兔笼牌号二维码,手动采集病兔、弱兔和死兔信息,并将采集到的数据远程上传至云平台MySQL数据库,在Web端进行分析和数据可视化展示,通过电话+短信+邮件的方式对超出阈值的信息进行报警,并建立报警信息调控规则。同时在河南济源某兔舍验证该系统的有效性。结果表明:该系统能够动态采集兔笼周围环境参数和非数值参数,数据传输和分析调控正确。建立的模糊调控规则可将舍内环境控制在适宜家兔生长的范围内。说明通过该系统实现了对舍内环境的专家调控决策,能够满足兔舍环境要求,提高兔福利。 To solve the problems of difficult environmental collection of the existing large-scale rabbit house with fixed point and non-numerical parameters, the environmental data collection and control system for enclosed rabbit houses(a mobile phone APP+ intelligent vehicle-mounted information collection system) was designed in the experiment. The system could cruise autonomously in the corridor of the rabbit house and collect information about harmful gas, light and wind speed around the rabbit house. TWO-DIMENSIONAL code of rabbit cage brand can be scanned through the mobile phone APP, manually collected the information of sick rabbits, weak rabbits and dead rabbits, and uploaded the collected data to the MySQL database on the cloud platform remotely. Analysis and data visualization were performed on the Web end. Alarm was generated for information exceeding the threshold by phone+SMS+email, and alarm information regulation rules were established. The effectiveness of the system was verified in a rabbit house in Jiyan, Henan Province.The results showed that the system could dynamically collect the environmental parameters and non-numerical parameters around the rabbit cage, the data transmission and analysis were correct. The established fuzzy regulation rules can control the indoor environment in a suitable rang for rabbit growth. It showed that specialized regulation and decision of the environment in the rabbit cage were realized. The system could meet the requirements of rabbit house breeding and improve rabbit welfare.
