摘要
为了筛选出适宜拉孜县建植人工草地种子田和饲草田的燕麦品种,试验以6个燕麦品种为引种材料,采用单因素随机区组设计,对株高、叶片性状、茎粗、产量等指标进行了比较研究。结果表明:6个品种中除青海444能进入蜡熟期外,其他品种均处于乳熟期;甜燕麦平均株高达178.23 cm,显著高于其他品种(P<0.05);青引2号、青海444和甜燕麦的茎粗均在8 mm以上,三者间差异不显著(P>0.05),但均显著高于白燕2号、加燕2号、青引1号(P<0.05);青引2号的茎叶比为1.72,显著低于其他品种(P<0.05);青海444的平均叶长和叶宽最大,与白燕2号、青引2号差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著高于甜燕麦、青引1号(P<0.05);青引2号干草产量达22456.49 kg/hm^(2),显著高于其他品种(P<0.05),甜燕麦次之(达15836.52 kg/hm^(2))。说明在拉孜县海拔4000 m以下区域建植人工草地种子田应选择青海444,建植人工草地饲草田宜选择青引2号和甜燕麦。
In order to select the oat varieties suitable for seed and forage fields of artificial grassland in Lazi County,six oat varieties(Avena sa-tiva)were used as introduction materials in the experiment.Single-factor random block design was used to compare the plant height,leaf traits,stem diameter,yield and other indexes.The results showed that the six varieties were all in the milk-ripening stage,except for Qinghai 444,which could enter the wax-ripening stage.The average plant height of Sweet Oat was 178.23 cm,which was significantly higher larger that of other varieties(P<0.05).The stem diameters of Qingyin No.2,Qinghai 444 and Sweet Oat were all above 8 mm,and there was no significant difference among them(P>0.05),but the stem diameters were significantly larger than those of Baiyan No.2,Jiayan No.2 and Qingyin No.1(P<0.05).The stem-leaf ratio of Qingyin No.2 was 1.72,which was significantly lower than that of other cultivars(P<0.05).The average leaf length and leaf width of Qinghai 444 were the largest,which were not significantly different from those in Baiyan No.2 and Qingyin No.2(P>0.05),but significantly higher than those in Sweet Oat and Qingyin No.1(P<0.05).The hay yield of Qingyin No.2 was 22456.49 kg/hm^(2),which was significantly higher than that of other cultivars(P<0.05),followed by Sweet Oat(15836.52 kg/hm^(2)).The results indicated that Qinghai 444 should be selected for seed-breeding field for artificial grassland below the elevation of 4000 meters in Lazi County,and Qingyin No.2 and Sweet Oat should be selected for forage grass field for artificial grassland.
