紫外线调控动物皮肤生理状态的研究进展 被引量:2

Research progress on the regulation of animal skin physiological state by ultraviolet

摘要 紫外线(ultraviolet,UV)是位于光谱中紫色光之外的射线,为不可见光,照射动物体后会诱导动物机体产生一系列的生理变化,影响动物的生物节律。畜牧业生产中,家畜的生产性能大多数具有年节律或季节性节律,且UV的节律性变化对动物皮肤的生理状态有影响。皮肤是动物内外环境交互的屏障,皮肤细胞的周期、增殖和凋亡与生物钟紧密地交织在一起。文章综述了UV对皮肤相关基因的表达调控,以及对DNA结构、基因转录、蛋白质翻译、Wnt信号通路的影响等方面的研究进展,分析UV影响动物组织-细胞-基因的分子调控网络来维持动物皮肤生理状态的机制,探讨利用紫外线调控家畜生产性能的可行性,同时为研究UV如何调控动物皮肤生理状态奠定坚实的理论基础。 Ultraviolet(UV), which is invisible is a ray located outside the purple light in the spectrum. Exposure to UV light will induce a series of physiological changes in the animal body and affect its biological rhythm. In livestock production, most of the livestock production performance has annual or seasonal rhythm, and the rhythmic change of UV has an effect on the physiological state of animal skin. The skin is the barrier between the animal’s internal and external environment. The cycle, proliferation and apoptosis of skin cells are closely intertwined with the biological clock. The research progress of UV on skin-related gene expression regulation, DNA structure, gene transcription, protein translation and Wnt signaling pathway were reviewed. The mechanisms of UV maintaining physiological state of animal skin by affecting molecular regulatory network of animal tissue-cell-gene were analyzed, and the feasibility of using UV to regulate the production performance of livestock was explored, aiming to lay a solid theoretical foundation for how UV regulates physiological state of animal skin.
