摘要
为了实现奶牛体温的无线、远距离、实时监测,试验设计了一种基于WiFi和云端的奶牛体温监测系统。系统主处理器和无线通信模块采用ESP8266,温度传感器选用MLX90614ESF红外温度传感器,云端使用OneNet物联网云平台,并开发了微信小程序奶牛体温监测终端。系统可以通过网页、微信小程序对奶牛体温进行实时监测。同时设计了奶牛体温异常报警系统,云平台给预设的邮箱发送报警信息,管理人员可以通过报警信息快速定位体温异常牛只。结果表明:系统运行稳定,对奶牛体温的测量精度达到±0.01℃。说明系统能够实现对奶牛体温的实时、无线、远程监测。
In order to realize the wireless remote real-time monitoring of cow temperature, a cow temperature monitoring system based on WiFi and cloud was designed. The main processor and wireless communication module of the system adopted ESP8266;the temperature sensor adopted MLX90614 ESF infrared temperature sensor;the cloud used OneNet internet of things cloud platform, and a wechat applet cow temperature monitoring terminal was developed. The system could monitor the cow’s temperature in real time through web pages;WeChat applets. At the same time, an abnormal cow temperature alarm system was designed. The cloud platform sent alarm information to the preset mailbox. Managers could quickly locate abnormal cows through the alarm information. The results showed that the system ran stably, and the measurement accuracy of cow body temperature reaches ± 0.01 ℃, indicating that the system could realize real-time wireless remote monitoring of cow body temperature.
