摘要
为使某矿含铀矿井水满足国家排放标准,并在处理矿井水的同时回收铀资源,建设了矿井水处理设施。结合该设施设计,分析了工艺、主要设备选型计算、设备布置方案、设备管道材质选择、经济效益等问题。数年的连续生产表明,设备及管线运行良好,处理后的矿井水中的铀含量符合《铀矿冶辐射防护和辐射环境保护规定》(GB 23727-2020)的要求。
In order to make uranium-bearing mine water meet the national discharge standard and recover uranium resource,a mine water treatment facility was built.Combined with the design of the mine water treatment facility,the process flow,the types of the main equipments selection and calculation,the problems of the equipments layout and equipment and pipe materials selection and economic benefits were discussed and analyzed.The continuous production of several years show that the equipment and pipelines operate well,and uranium content in the treated mine water meets Regulations for Radiation Protection and Radiation Environment Protection in Uranium Mining and Milling(GB 23727-2020).
