摘要
以氢型强酸性阳离子树脂交换柱为生产设备,强碱性硫酸盐型阴离子树脂交换柱为环保设备,处理富铀监测废液。用c(1/2H_(2)SO_(4))=2 mol/L硫酸溶液淋洗阳离子树脂中的铀,用c(1/2H_(2)SO_(4))=3 mol/L的硫酸溶液淋洗阴离子树脂中的铀,用氨水沉淀回收淋洗液中的铀。2种树脂交换柱的流出液,加入10 mg/L Fe^(3+)后,用粉状氧化钙中和至pH=8~9,澄清后溢流液中的铀质量浓度小于50μg/L,满足环保排放要求。
The uranium-rich monitoring waste liquid was treated by using hydrogen strong acid cationic resin exchange column as production equipment,strong basic sulfate anionic resin exchange column as environmental protection equipment.Uranium in cationic resin was leached with c(1/2H_(2)SO_(4))=2 mol/L sulfuric acid solution,uranium in anionic resin was leached with c(1/2H_(2)SO_(4))=3 mol/L sulfuric acid solution,and uranium in leached solution was recovered with ammonia precipitation.The effluent of the two resin exchange columns was neutralized with powdered calcium oxide to pH=8~9 after adding 10 mg/L Fe^(3+),the mass concentration of uranium in the overflow solution was less than 50μg/L after clarification,meeting the requirements of environmental discharge.
