地浸液取热技术研究及换热材料选择

摘要 通过调查国内6座地浸铀矿的地浸液水质参数,结合地浸液腐蚀性和结垢性判定标准,指出常规热泵直接取热技术会影响系统的正常运行。针对地浸液水温低、温差小、腐蚀性强等特点,利用系统制热性能系数比较、全寿命周期成本分析等方法,确定以间接式管道取热方案作为地浸液取热系统首选方案。室内浸泡试验表明,不锈钢316L可作为间接换热材料。 The water quality parameters of in-situ leaching solution of six in-situ leaching uranium mines in China were investigated.Combined with the criteria for judging the corrosive and scaling of in-situ leaching solution,it was pointed out that the normal operation of the system will be affected by the direct heat extraction technology of conventional heat pump.Using the methods of system heating performance coefficient comparison and life cycle cost analysis,the indirect pipeline heat extraction scheme was determined as the first choice of ground immersion solution heat extraction system.Through indoor immersion experiment,stainless steel 316L was determined as indirect heat exchange material.
