摘要
高速铁路动车组轴箱轴承故障分析是识别故障风险和预防故障发生的重要依据。阐述了高速铁路动车组轴承的应用工况及其类型,归纳了轴箱轴承的主要故障类型,分析了轴箱轴承故障的主要原因,提出了基于全生命周期的故障风险防范措施,为我国轴箱轴承设计、制造和使用阶段的故障风险防范提供决策参考。
Fault analysis on axle box bearings of high speed railway EMUs is an important basis for identification of fault risk and prevention of fault occurrence.The application conditions and types of the bearings are described,the main fault types are summarized,the main fault causes are analyzed,and the fault risk prevention measures based on whole life cycle are proposed.A decision reference is provided for fault risk prevention during design,manufacturing and use phases of axle box bearings in China.
