摘要
针对原精密交叉圆柱滚子轴承成检装配流程合套率、生产效率、装配精度低的问题,提出了制作专用工装精确测量内圈滚道尺寸,定制更多的外径分组规值,通过控制零件精度保证成品轴承旋转精度的改进措施,提高了轴承使用性能和生产效率。
Aimed at low combination rate,production efficiency and assembly accuracy of precision crossed cylindrical roller bearings during original finished product inspection and assembly process,the improvement measures are proposed,such as making the special tooling to accurately measure the size of inner ring raceway,customizing more outer diameter grouping values and ensuring the rotational accuracy of finished bearings by controlling the accuracy of parts,the service performance and production efficiency of the bearings are improved.
