大功率双馈风力发电机轴承长途运输过程中的损伤原因分析及预防措施

摘要 针对大功率双馈风力发电机圆柱滚子轴承运行初期出现异响的问题,分析其主要原因为运输过程中风力发电机防护不当和驾驶员操作不规范,转子在径向反复振动,使轴承滚道面上产生伪压痕。为此,在原双球轴承布置风力发电机运输方案的基础上,在风力发电机两轴端空隙处增加径向向下绑扎拉力,同时将其运输底座同车体绑紧,并规定了不同行驶路段的车速。优化运输方案的风力发电机在运输过程中振动明显减小,装机试验无异常,保障了风力发电机的安全运行。 Aimed at abnormal noise of cylindrical roller bearings for high-power doubly-fed wind turbine during early stage of operation,the main reasons are analyzed as improper protection of wind turbine and non-standard operation of driver during transportation process,and the repeated vibration of rotor in radial direction causes false indentation on raceway surface of the bearings.On the basis of original transportation scheme of wind turbine with double ball bearing arrangement,the radial downward binding force is increased at gap between two shaft ends of wind turbine,the transportation base is fastened to vehicle body,and the vehicle speed of different driving sections is specified.The vibration of wind turbine after optimization of transportation scheme is significantly reduced during transportation process,and there is no abnormality in installation test,ensuring the safe operation of wind turbine.
