摘要
引入课程思政教学理念,对体育类专业教师核心素养的内涵要义、构成分析、价值体现及培育路径进行研究。研究认为:体育类专业教师核心素养包括专业技能、师爱情怀、教学能力三个维度,有利于促进体育类专业知识与课程思政理念同向同行,培养学生优秀体育品德与传递多元体育文化,营造和谐课堂教学氛围与增进师生深度交流。完善体育教师核心素养培育路径,一要提高体育类专业教师课程思政教学水平,拓展核心素养深度;二要打造体育类专业教师课程思政教学环境,延伸核心素养广度;三要强化体育类专业教师课程思政教学评价与反思能力,挖掘核心素养厚度。
The concept of the ideological and political teaching is introduced to study the connotation, composition analysis, value embodiment and cultivation path of the core quality of physical education teachers. The research shows that the core qualities of the physical education teachers include three dimensions: professional skills, teachers’ passion and teaching ability, which is conducive to promoting the same direction of physical education professional knowledge and curriculum ideological and political ideas, cultivating students’ excellent sports morality and transmitting diversified sports culture, creating a harmonious classroom teaching atmosphere and promoting in-depth communication between teachers and students. To improve the cultivation of the physical education teachers’ core quality, it is necessary to improve the ideological and political teaching level of the physical education teachers and expand the depth of the core quality;Second, it is necessary to create the ideological and political teaching environment for physical education teachers and extend the breadth of the core quality;Third, it is necessary to strengthen the evaluation and reflection ability of the physical education teachers and tap the profoundness of the core quality.
