摘要
本文通过对柴油机发电机组高原使用环境特征的全面了解,分析高原低温启动的影响条件,并结合影响柴油机因素,从适合低温环境的柴油、机油、马达的功率及高可靠性、启动电源的容量和有效的低温辅助启动措施等方面提出了对策,并对各对策进行分析,选择最佳方法,从而为进一步提高柴油机在高原低温下的启动适应性提供了参考。
Based on the comprehensive understanding of the operating environment characteristics of diesel generator set in plateau,this paper analyzes the influence conditions of low-temperature startup in plateau,and combined with the factors affecting diesel engine,puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of diesel,engine oil,motor power and high reliability suitable for low-temperature environment,starting power capacity and effective low-temperature auxiliary startup measures,analyzes various countermeasures,and selects the best method,Thus,it provides a reference for further improving the starting adaptability of diesel engine under plateau low temperature.
