摘要
根据某柴油机在运行过程中出现的燃油齿条卡滞报警故障现象,建立了故障树并对可能原因逐一测试、分析、排除,找出了某柴油机“燃油齿条卡滞报警”故障的原因是电控系统执行器位移传感器的次级线圈反馈电压输出端焊点虚接,存在接触不良情况,导致位移传感器输出错误的电压反馈信号,此信号与需求齿条位移值偏差过大,触发“燃油齿条卡滞”报警.经模拟试验方式验证,故障得以复现,证明原因定位准确,采取措施有效。
according to the fuel rack clamping alarm fault phenomenon in the operation of a diesel engine,a fault tree is established>and the possible causes are tested,analyzed and eliminated one by one.It is found that the cause of the'fuel rack clamping alarm'fault of a diesel engine is the virtual connection of the solder joint at the feedback voltage output end of the secondary coil of the actuator displacement sensor of the electronic control system,and there is a poor contact,The voltage feedback signal that leads to the output error of the displacement sensor.The deviation between this signal and the displacement value of the required rack is too large,which triggers the alarm of'fuel rack jamming'.After the verification of the simulation test,the fault can be reproduced,which proves that the cause is accurately located and the measures are effective.
