Analysis and suggestions on the development of sea cucumber industry in Yantai

摘要 海参产业是烟台市海水养殖的支柱产业,在整个海洋经济中占重要地位。近年来,烟台市海参产业保持着较快的发展势头,不仅促进了渔民增收,也对海洋经济的振兴发展起到了重要作用。然而,烟台市海参产业发展进程中也暴露出产品加工程度低、加工环节和市场运营有待规范、产业层次和质量水平低、病害时有发生等问题。通过调研烟台市海参产业发展情况,总结产业发展优势及发展过程中遇到的制约因素和挑战,提出烟台市海参产业的发展建议,为进一步推动“十四五”时期烟台市海参产业转型升级,实现绿色高质量发展提供参考。 Sea cucumber industry is the pillar industry of Yantai and plays an important role in its whole marine economy.In recent years,the sea cucumber industry has maintained a rapid development momentum,which has not only improved the income of fishermen,but also played an important role in the revitalization and development of marine economy.However,the development process of sea cucumber industry in Yantai also exposes some problems,such as low degree of product processing,nonstandard processing links and market operation,low industrial level and quality level,frequent outbreaks of disease and so on.The 14th Five-Year Plan period is an important chance to fully implement the development of marine economy.This paper investigates and analyzes the development of sea cucumber industry in Yantai,summarizes the advantages of industrial development and the constraints and challenges encountered in the process of development,suggestions on the development of Yantai sea cucumber industry are put forward,which provides a reference for further promoting the transformation and upgrading of Yantai sea cucumber industry during the 14th Five-Year Plan period and realizing green and high-quality development.
