近四十年国内外历史街区研究评述与展望

Review and Prospect of Research on Historic Districts at Home and Abroad in Recent 40 Years

进入21世纪以来,历史文化不断受到冲击,面临新的机遇和挑战。本文基于中国知网、WEB OF SCIENCE等数据库的文献数据,利用Citespace可视化软件对文献进行统计与图谱分析。研究近四十年来,国内外历史街区的研究进展及特点,并从理论和实践两方面进行梳理。研究发现国内外对于历史街区的研究领域较为广泛,涉及种类丰富,常从公众认知、技术要点、地域特色等角度展开。并进一步从分类特点、更新策略、设计理论、管理模式进行详细分析,对我国历史街区的保护提供了提升街区的经济价值、推动精细化管理、空间重置与合理规划三大更新策略,力求为后续的相关研究和实践提供相关参考和借鉴。

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,history and culture have been constantly affected,facing new opportunities and challenges.Based on the literature data of CNKI,WEB OF SCIENCE and other databases,this paper uses Citespace visualization software to conduct statistics and map analysis of the literature.In the past 40 years,the research progress and characteristics of historical blocks in China and abroad are reviewed from both theoretical and practical aspects.The study found that the research field of historical blocks at home and abroad is more extensive,involving a variety of types,often from the perspective of public awareness,technical points,regional characteristics.And further from the classification characteristics,renewal strategy,design theory,management mode are analyzed in detail,the protection of historical blocks in China provides three renewal strategies to enhance the economic value of the block,promote fine management,space replacement and reasonable planning,and strive to provide relevant reference for subsequent research and practice.
