山东沂蒙地区是全国闻名的革命老区,沂蒙革命文化是中国红色精神文化不可或缺得重要组成部分,沂蒙革命文化表现出坚定的政治立场和高度的政治觉悟。新时期,弘扬沂蒙革命文化是加强党的建设、增强民族文化自信的重要力量源泉。革命文化与红色基因的传承已不再是简单的地理名词,而是一种崇高精神的集中呈现。沂蒙精神的现代传承与活化探索有益于激活革命文化的时代价值,创新红色文化解读方式,其文化IP价值的转化符合当今社会践行社会主义核心价值观的时代要求,同时也是发展红色文旅产业的重要精神引领。文化IP视阈下,沂蒙革命文化遗产的现代传承应注重故事化、生活化的表述,从以往的单向宣传逐渐向多维体验性文化产品转变,融入现代科教技术,以互联网为依托,使革命文化遗产与国家社会发展紧密相连,进而成为向世界述说中国故事的丰富文化滋养。希望通过本研究,为山东沂蒙革命文化的IP开发提供智力支持和案例参考。

Yimeng area in Shandong Province is a famous old revolutionary base area in China.Yimeng revolutionary culture is an indispensable and important part of China's red spiritual culture.Yimeng revolutionary culture shows a firm political position and a high degree of political consciousness.In the new era,carrying forward Yimeng revolutionary culture is an important source of strength to strengthen party building and enhance national cultural self-confidence.The inheritance of revolutionary culture and red gene is no longer a simple geographical term,but a concentrated presentation of noble spirit.The exploration of the modern inheritance and activation of Yimeng spirit is beneficial to activate the era value of revolutionary culture and innovate the interpretation mode of red culture.The transformation of its cultural IP value meets the requirements of the times for today's society to practice the socialist core values.At the same time,it is also an important spiritual guidance for the development of red cultural tourism industry.From the perspective of cultural IP,the modern inheritance of Yimeng revolutionary cultural heritage should pay attention to the expression of story and life,gradually change from the previous one-way publicity to multi-dimensional experiential cultural products,integrate modern science and education technology,and rely on the Internet to closely connect the revolutionary cultural heritage with the national social development,so as to become a rich cultural nourishment to tell the Chinese story to the world.It is hoped that this study will provide intellectual support and case reference for the IP development of Shandong Yimeng revolutionary culture.
