2015—2019年赣州市常住居民心血管疾病死因分析

Analysis of the cause of death of cardiovascular diseases among permanent residents in Ganzhou city from 2015 to 2019

目的:分析赣州市2015—2019年常住居民心血管疾病死亡情况和主要死因的变化趋势,为制定心血管疾病预防和控制提供依据。方法:收集2015—2019年赣州市常住居民心血管疾病死亡监测数据,应用死亡率、构成比等指标,描述死因分布及变化规律。结果:2015—2019年赣州市常住居民年心血管疾病死亡率为213.31/10万,男性心血管疾病死亡率高于女性,且疾病死亡率随年龄增长而升高。结论:2015—2019年赣州市常住居民心血管疾病死亡率处于较高水平,且呈逐年上升趋势,男性死亡率高于女性。应该把心血管疾病作为防治重点,采取有效的防控措施,降低心血管疾病的死亡率,提高人群的整体健康水平。

Objective:To analyze the change trend of cardiovascular disease death and the main causes of death among permanent residents in Ganzhou city from 2015 to 2019,and to provide the basis for the prevention and control of cardiovascular diseases.Methods:The monitoring data of cardiovascular disease death of permanent residents in Ganzhou city from 2015 to 2019 was collected,the distribution and change law of death causes were described by using indicators such as mortality and composition ratio.Results:From 2015 to 2019,the annual mortality rate of cardiovascular disease in Ganzhou was 213.31/100000;the mortality rate of cardiovascular disease in male was higher than that in female,and the mortality rate of the disease increased with age.Conclusion:From 2015 to 2019,the mortality rate of cardiovascular disease among permanent residents in Ganzhou was at a high level and it had been increasing year by year.The mortality rate in male was higher than that in female.Therefore,cardiovascular disease should be the focus of prevention and treatment.Effective prevention and control measures should be taken to reduce the mortality,improving the overall health level of the population.
