双囊导便器在ICU大便失禁患者中的使用效果

Application of double-pocket fecal catheter system in patients with fecal incontinence in ICU

目的:探索双囊导便器在重症医学科(ICU)大便失禁患者的使用效果。方法:选取2018年5月至2020年5月我院ICU大便失禁患者62例,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组32例,对照组30例。实验组使用双囊导便器,对照组留置8号气管导管引流,比较两组导管脱出率、导管梗阻率、大便渗漏发生率。结果:实验组导管脱出率、导管梗阻率、大便渗漏发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:留置双囊导便器比留置气管导管能降低ICU大便失禁患者导管脱出率、导管梗阻率、大便渗漏发生率。

Objective:To explore the use of double-pocket fecal catheter system in patients with fecal incontinence in ICU.Methods:Sixty-two patients with fecal incontinence in ICU from May 2018 to May 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,32 in experimental group and 30 in control group.In the experimental group the double-pocket fecal catheter system was used,and the control group was inserted with endotracheal tube(standard-size 8 mm).The catheter removal rate,catheter obstruction rate and stool leakage rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The catheter removal rate,the catheter obstruction rate and stool leakage rate were lower in the experimental group than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Double-pocket fecal catheter system can reduce the rate of catheterization,catheter obstruction,and stool leakage in patients with fecal incontinence in ICU.
